Arsenal Set to Take Lead Over Chelsea, Inter Milan for €40M-Rated PSG Target

Liverpool are keeping tabs on Palmeiras’ young star, Vitor Reis, according to a report from Football Insider. While their main focus is on bolstering their defense, the Reds are intrigued by the talented defender.

Reis, who dreams of playing in the Champions League, is eager to make the move to Europe. However, Palmeiras are determined to hold onto their prized asset for the time being.

Interest in Reis isn’t limited to Liverpool. ESPN Brazil reports that Manchester United, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain are also monitoring the situation. With a contract until 2028 and a hefty €100 million release clause, a swift transfer seems unlikely.

For now, top clubs will continue to watch Reis’ development throughout the season.

Nosso Palestra reports that Arsenal are the favorites to sign Reis. The Gunners are expected to make an official offer in the coming weeks. While Chelsea and Real Madrid have also shown interest, Arsenal appear to be the most likely destination for the young talent.

FCInterNews recently reported that Inter Milan are interested in signing Reis, but the high asking price could prove to be a significant hurdle. According to the Italian outlet, the 18-year-old is expected to cost at least €40 million.
