The TNT announcing crew gets the assignment for The Showdown 2024, with play-by-play man Ernie Johnson anchoring the coverage. His NBA on TNT sidekick Charles Barkley will be there, too.
And just as the participants feature a mix of PGA Tour and LIV golfers, the announcing team will also be a blend of the two circuits.
The golfers are the teams of Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler taking on Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka.

The broadcasters include Trevor Immelman and David Feherty. Immelman is one of the main TV analysts for PGA Tour coverage while Feherty is one of the lead LIV Golf TV announcers.
In addition, LIV Golf’s Bubba Watson will be an on-course correspondent along with Lauren Jbara, whose covered the NBA and MLB on TNT.
The Crypto.com Showdown is Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Las Vegas at Shadow Creek Golf Course, the No. 1-ranked public-access golf course in Nevada.
What time is The Showdown?
The TV coverage is scheduled to start at 6 p.m. ET, which is 4 p.m. Vegas time. The event will be carried live on TNT as well as TBS, truTV and the B/R Sports Add-On on the Max app.
Event organizers also reported that “extensive highlights and content will also be available via Bleacher Report’s digital and social platforms.”
