Connor McDavid, Nathan MacKinnon, Leon Draisaitl, Auston Matthews, and Sidney Crosby reacted to their NHL 25 ratings in a video with EA Sports NHL.
Matthews, Draisaitl, and MacKinnon seemed satisfied with their rating, while Crosby seemed surprised he increased one overall point to a 94
McDavid laughed at his overall matching his jersey number, but had a question all NHL gamers have been asking for years, why does EA Sports not give out 99 ratings to players and what is the criteria to be come a 99.
Hopefully McDavid is upgraded to a 99 at some point this year and players get a breakdown of how player overalls are determined.
McDavid and MacKinnon are the two highest-rated players in the game, Draisaitl is fifth, Matthews sixth, and Crosby ninth.
