Conte grabs Chelsea and Tottenham target for full-time chat after Napoli 1-0 Lecce

Antonio Conte was spotted in conversation with 19-year-old Lecce talent Patrick Dorgu, who has been linked with moves to Premier League sides Chelsea and Tottenham, at full-time of Napoli’s 1-0 victory over Lecce in Serie A on Saturday afternoon.

Conte pulled Dorgu over for a brief conversation at the end of Napoli-Lecce in Serie A on Saturday, which has left many guessing as to the nature of their conversation.

Fabrizio Romano claims that Napoli have been monitoring Dorgu for some time, although the specifics of their conversation at full-time have not been confirmed.

Dorgu, who has made a strong impression at Lecce after a solid breakout season in 2023-24, has also been linked with moves to Premier League sides Tottenham and Chelsea.

Dorgu has recently put pen to paper on a new, long-term contract extension with Lecce, running until the summer of 2029, which means that clubs will likely have to offer a significantly higher transfer fee if he is to leave the Salentini in the near future.
