Former Arsenal youth striker Chido Obi-Martin has officially signed his Manchester United contract today, with an announcement now expected to follow, according to Manchester United Youth.
The outlet is a reputable source for youth football transfer news regarding the Red Devils, and it was one of the first to break the news that the Denmark youth international had agreed to join Man United back in July.
Obi-Martin left the Gunners in July after his schoolboy contract expired, agreeing personal terms with the Red Devils and completing his medical at the Carrington training base.

However, Man United opened talks with Arsenal in early August to decide a compensation fee for the teenage sensation.
Obi-Martin notched 32 goals and three assists in 20 under-18 Premier League appearances for Arsenal in
2023-24, drawing the attention of the Old Trafford club and others to him.
Arsenal had to accept an exit price for the move to go ahead as he left as an academy player who had not signed a professional deal, and both clubs have now agreed a fee from the look of things.
A ratification process followed after the North Londoners and Man United agreed a fee, and Obi-Martin will now look to sign a professional deal with the Red Devils when he turns 17 in November.
The teenage sensation will join their youth set-up but has been widely tipped to get regular invitations to first-team training sessions and even make his senior debut sooner rather than later.
Obi-Martin left Arsenal as he was unconvinced about their plans for him regarding a guaranteed pathway to senior team football, but the Red Devils gave him much-needed assurances.
Man United have now signed one of the best academy players in the land and he could be playing in the Premier League in the coming months given his huge potential.
