Emirates has unveiled its first Emirates World retail store in Southeast Asia, introducing a fully immersive brand experience in Manila.

The store marks a milestone in Emirates’ commitment to the Philippines by transforming the travel retail landscape for Filipino travelers.

A Premier Retail Destination in Manila

Situated at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the 221-square-meter store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, alongside Philippines First Lady Liza Araneta Marcos, UAE Ambassador to the Philippines Mohamed Obaid Al Qataam Al Zaabi, and other dignitaries, media, and trade partners.

Adnan Kazim highlighted the significance of the launch: “The new Emirates World Store in Manila serves as a one-stop destination where customers can explore our premium products and services while enjoying a preview of the onboard experience.

This space reflects our strategy to bring us closer to our customers and redefine retail excellence across our global network.”

Key Features of the Emirates World Store

A380 Onboard Lounge Display: A unique feature offering customers a glimpse into Emirates’ signature inflight luxury and hospitality.
Exclusive Merchandise: Visitors can shop from the Emirates Official Store, including the latest NBA-themed items and travel accessories.
Smart Technologies: Interactive self-service screens allow travelers to browse flights, check availability, and explore travel options seamlessly.

Commitment to the Philippines Market

The Emirates World Store launch underscores the airline’s dedication to Filipino travelers.

Emirates has connected the Philippines to the world for over 30 years, beginning services in Manila in 1990 and expanding to include Cebu and Clark.

Today, Emirates operates 28 weekly flights, offering 22,700 seats to and from Dubai while linking passengers to over 140 global destinations.

In 2022, Emirates signed an interline agreement with Philippine Airlines (PAL), boosting domestic and international connectivity via Manila, Cebu, and Clark.

PAL customers now enjoy access to nine international destinations, including Lisbon, Manchester, and Cape Town, through Emirates’ network.

Future Plans for Emirates World Stores

The Manila store joins Emirates’ reimagined retail network, which includes locations in Dubai, Hong Kong, London, and Nairobi.

As part of a broader strategy, the airline plans to invest AED 100 million over three years to roll out Emirates World stores in key global markets.

The Emirates Experience

Travelers flying with Emirates continue to enjoy unparalleled luxury, including regionally inspired multi-course menus, premium beverages, and ice, the airline’s award-winning inflight entertainment system with over 6,500 channels of curated global content.

This latest retail innovation in Manila is set to redefine travel shopping and solidify Emirates’ position as a leader in premium travel experiences.
