Fox World Travel introduces AI tool for its advisors

Date:

Wisconsin-based Fox World Travel (No. 32 on Travel Weekly’s Power List) has introduced Colby AI, an AI assistant for its travel advisors.

Colby —  named after the Wisconsin cheese — uses generative AI to help improve agents’ workflow. The AI tool is embedded in Microsoft Teams.

It can offer advisors data on traveler preferences to help best match them to destinations, accommodations and activities; a 24/7 AI assistant to help with booking inquiries, troubleshooting and travel information; and data analytics.

Fox chief information officer Sam Hilgendorf said, “Colby is more than just an AI assistant. It is a testament to our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to provide superior service and support to both our clients and employees.”
