BOYS

Class AA

Helena Capital 66, Belgrade 34: Brenton Belzer’s 17-point night paced the Bruins (1-3) to their first win of the season in an east-meets-west matchup. Merek Mihelish, the state’s Gatorade Football Player of the Year, showed off his skill on the hardwood with 11 points, as well. Easton Erickson led the Panthers (0-4) with nine points.

Thursday

• Bozeman Gallatin 63, Helena 59: In an early-season meeting of unbeatens, the Raptors trailed for three quarters before erupting on a 29-point rally in the fourth quarter to trip up the Bengals. Mac Melin led the Raptors with 21 points, Kale Fasting rang up 13 points, Grant Vigen netted 10 and Carter Dahlke nine. Tevin Wetzel collected 13 points to pace the Bengals (3-1), with Mase Spaulding hitting for 12, Eli Peterson 11 and Jaxan Lieberg nine. Madden Spaulding provided eight points.

Class A

Miles City 73, Baker 33: Kordt Smith notched a game-high 17 points for the Class A Cowboys (3-3), who had no problem rolling past the Class B Spartans (0-4). He was one of four MC players who scored at least 10, with Rylin Gentry (13), Lute Venn and Bridger Muri (10 each) being the others. Baker was paced by an eight-point night from Dawson Christensen.

Sidney 59, Hardin 58: The Eagles (4-3) squeezed out a win over the Bulldogs (1-4) despite four Hardin players getting into double figures: Ben Bird (13 points), Skyler Real Bird, Lexyn Bouyer and Vance Takes Enemy Jr. (12 each). No stats were reported for Sidney.

No. 1 Dillon 60, East Helena 30: The top-ranked Beavers (5-1) got a 21-point display from Kyler Engellant plus 13 points from Carter Curnow as they doubled up the Vigilantes (2-4). Cohen Hartman, with 10 points, joined in as a Dillon double-digit scorer, too, as his team led 9-0 after the first quarter and didn’t look back. East Helena was led by a nine-point night from DeonDray Ellis.

Thursday

• Lewistown 66, Laurel 35: Kason Brown drained 24 points and McKay Shobe hit for 17 as the Golden Eagles dominated the Locos to even their record at 3-3. Tanner Vanek and Lucas Golik chipped in with seven points apiece.

• Billings Central 79, Sidney 31: The Rams put four players in double figures and improved to 3-2, clobbering the Eagles (3-3). Toby Stewart dropped 17 points, and Cy Hansen, Paxton Prill and Will Snell were a triple threat with 11 points each. Gunnar Larsen contributed nine points. 

Class B

Malta 84, Fairview 61: Bohdi Brenden lit up the nets for 31 points as the Mustangs (4-2) opened up their account for 2025 with a win over the Warriors (3-3). Stockton Oxarart also finished with 23 points as one of four Malta players in double figures, along with Treyton Wilke (14) and Kazner Oxarart (10). Tyler Loan led Fairview with 21 points.

• No. 6 Fairfield 56, No. 10 Choteau 46: In a big ranked-on-ranked matchup, the Eagles (5-0) got the better of the Bulldogs (4-2) as a big-time night from Deron Lear (28 points, four 3-pointers) led the way. Eight Fairfield players scored in all, with Bryce Hooper scoring the next-most with nine points. No stats were reported for Choteau.

• Huntley Project 73, Joliet 54: Anderson McNiven was the main option for the Red Devils (4-3), scoring 20 points as Isaac Krieger and Parker Cook added 17 and 15 points in support, respectively, with HP being up 13 points at half and going up 25 after three. The J-Hawks (2-3) got most of their scoring through Camden McQuillan (17 points) and Jake Cook (11).

• Rocky Boy 60, Chinook 45: Aeron Gopher was the main man by scoring 21 points for the Stars (1-3), who notched their first win of the year over the Sugarbeeters (2-3). Willis Morsette added 10 points and Ryder Henderson pitched in eight for Rocky Boy, as well. Jameson Nordboe tied the game high with 21 points of his own to pace Chinook.

No. 9 Lone Peak 63, Jefferson 58: The Bighorns (5-1) had a big night from Isaac Bedway, who scored a game-high 22 points as Lone Peak started the new year on a high note, with Ebe Grabow being his running mate with an 18-point night. The Panthers (1-2) were paced by 16 points from Wyatt Geier, with Tyler Frydenlund right behind him with 12 points.

• Columbus 44, Shepherd 43: Colter Chamberlin helped get the Cougars (4-2) over the line with a team-high 15 points in a nail-biter, with Grayson Williams pitching in with nine points as Columbus avoided the Mustangs’ (3-4) final charges. Nate Reynolds had a game-high 19 for Shepherd in the loss, with Brayden Cook and Quentin Roark scoring 11 and 10 points in support, respectively.

Thursday

• Lodge Grass 97, Huntley Project 85: The Indians survived a shootout with the Red Devils (3-3), extending their unbeaten streak to 5-0. TJ Gros Ventre led five players in double figures with 18 points. Colvin Wyles tallied 15 points, Lamar RidesTheBear hit for 14, and Bobby Iron Horse and Todd Amyotte netted 12 points apiece. Parker Cook shot the lights out for Project, pouring in 32 points. Anderson McNiven had a big game with 24 points and Jake Cook rang up 13.

• Three Forks 55, Townsend 38: The Wolves won their fifth straight, getting 20 points from Aaron DeFrance and 10 from Dylan Swenson. Devon Long and Drydan Frisinger contributed seven points apiece.

Class C

• Power-Dutton-Brady 60, Valier 26: Nine different Titans scored, none more than Trey Stengrimson and Tanner Vick (13 points each), as PDB (3-2) led by a commanding 45-2 at the half to cruise to a win, with Aiden Reeve getting in on the act with 11 points. Chance Horn had eight points to lead the Panthers (0-3).

No. 10 Broadview-Lavina 64, Northern Cheyenne 56: Connor Glennie erupted for a 27-point haul as the Pirates (7-0) stayed unbeaten despite a solid challenge from the Eagles (2-3). Carter Erickson and Luje Bunting followed up Glennie’s night with nine points apiece. No stats were reported for Northern Cheyenne.

Ekalaka 66, Broadus 65 (OT): The Bulldogs (4-1) needed an extra period to fend off the winless Hawks (0-6), but they got it done and have a lot to thank Kaleb Frye for off of the back of a 27-point performance. Ethan Mellon’s 15 points also helped get Ekalaka over the line in overtime. No stats were reported for Broadus.

• Troy 52, Plains 37: Zayden Allen and Darren Standeford had 13 and 12 points, respectively, in the Horsemen’s (3-2) losing effort. No stats were reported for the Trojans (3-1).

Denton-Geyser-Stanford-Geraldine 68, Hobson-Moore 42: Tyce Smith was a man aflame for the Bearcats (4-1), draining a trio of 3-pointers as part of his 23-point haul in DGSG’s win. Axel Becker added 17 points right behind him as the Bearcats didn’t let an 18-point halftime lead slip. No stats were reported for the Titans (0-5).

Noxon 82, Alberton 30: The Red Devils (3-1) scored nearly as many points in the first quarter (29) as the Panthers (1-6) did all game as Noxon had no trouble on the road, spearheaded by a 27-point explosion from Ricky Williams. Noxon also had a pair of 13-point scorers in support via Cameron Blair and Shane Murray, as well. Shea Fredette was Alberton’s top option, scoring 20 points in the losing effort.

• No. 4 Belt 71, Great Falls Central 28: Michael Gaylord (21 points) and Slater Lords (10) were the drivers behind a dominant Huskies (5-0) win in the Electric City over the Mustangs (1-4), who were led by a 13-point night from Caleb Diekhans. Belt outscored GFC in every quarter and was up 43-17 at the halftime horn.

• Fromberg 54, Reed Point-Rapelje 48: The Falcons (5-0) kept a surprising unbeaten start to the year going against the Renegades (1-5), with Fromberg having well-surpassed its three wins from all of last year. RPR had a trio of double-figure scorers in Ben Broyles (14), Marshall Ulmber (13) and Landen Bryant (12).

• No. 6 Chester-Joplin-Inverness 65, Big Sandy 39: Ryland St. John piled it on with 24 points to keep the Hawks (5-0) unbeaten, with Nate Nelson helping him out with a 16-point outing. Cooper Streit also got in on the act for CJI with nine points. The Pioneers’ (0-2) leading scorer was Eyon Sherburn with 10.

Shields Valley 46, Gardiner 44: Jace Page and Tanner Whiting led the Rebels (4-2) to a close win over an upset-minded Bruins (0-5) squad, notching 13 and 12 points, respectively. Dawson Matzinger helped out with nine points for SV, as well. Gardiner had the game’s high scorer in Braden Tuning (14 points) plus another double-digit player in Parker Wyman (12).

Cascade 66, Simms 28: Badger Tyler Lane was the standout as he tallied a game-high 22 points for Cascade (4-1) as it rolled., with Kaden Jorgensen tallying 10 points of his own to also hit double figures. Trent Lane (nine points) and Peyton Hauk (eight) also lended a hand in the Badgers’ big win. The Tigers (1-4) got a team-high eight points from Kade Ivey.

Circle 52, No. 8 Saco-Whitewater-Hinsdale 43: Xavier Nasner (16 points) and Owen Beery (14) made for a two-headed scoring machine for the Wildcats (6-1), who picked up a ranked upset over the Mavericks (4-1) at home. Kash Ereaux rounded out Circle’s double-digit scorers with an 11-point display. No stats were reported for North Country.

• No. 2 Lustre Christian 84, Frazer 10: A total of 12 Lions scored as unbeaten Lustre (6-0) blew away the Bearcubs (0-6) with five players hitting double figures. Chris Traeholt was the Lions’ leader with 11 points, while Byron Ewing, Johnslee Pierre, Clay Reddig and Nathan Fast all had 10 apiece. Gabriel Beston and Bryce Fourstar each had three points for Frazer.

Terry 59, Plevna 40: Landen Schilling lit it up for 32 points as the Terriers (5-2) utilized a 19-5 third-quarter run to pull away against the Cougars (3-3). Ethan Boyer was the other Terry played to hit double figures, scoring 15 points. No stats were reported for Plevna.

Roberts 62, Bridger 55: Thommy Howard blasted off for the Rockets (2-2) with 21 points, while running mate Nate Weber also made a difference with 18 points of his own as Roberts skirted past the Scouts (2-5). Gage Goltz did all he could to bring Bridger back into it with a game-high 27 points, while Rex Zentner helped out in the effort with 10.

• Savage 64, Westby-Grenora 33: The Warriors (5-1), who’ve now won four straight, scored 20 points in both the third and fourth quarters to finish the job against the Thunder (2-4). Hunter Sanders piled it on with a game-high 22 points as the Savage defense held Mon-Dak star Dilan Wade, who has games of 38 and 33 points this season, to a season-low 11 points.

• Twin Bridges 50, West Yellowstone 48: Flint Janzen was the leading man for the Falcons (2-3), scoring 15 points while adding seven rebounds and four blocks as they eked out a win over the Wolverines (4-2). Running mates Ty Wellman and Hunter Turk added 13 and 11 points, respectively.

• Plentywood 74, Brockton 28: Landon Flickinger led with 15 points for the Wildcats (5-1) as Plentywood got out to a 17-0 first-quarter lead and rolled to a victory over the Warriors (2-3). Jarid Fasthorse Jr. was the high scorer for Brockton with 10 points.

• Custer-Hysham 70, Harlowton-Ryegate-Judith Gap 54: Wyatt Kirby was a beast for the Rebels (2-3), stumping the Engineers’ (3-2) defense with a monster 39-point outing. Layne Duncan also had a great night as Custer-Hysham’s second option, scoring 21 points. No stats were reported for the Engineers.

Roy-Winifred 53, Winnett-Grass Range 48: Wyatt Wickens had 17 points, Gunner Knox had 15 and the Red Raiders (4-1) made it three straight wins. Kellen Heggem also pitched in 11 points in support for Roy-Winifred, as well. The Rams (3-2) were led by a 13-point game from Jace Bantz.

Seeley-Swan 67, Superior 57: The Blackhawks (4-3) got a 24-point night from Blake Irwin to begin the new year with a win, though a 17-point outing from Derrick Brovold helped, too. Superior’s (4-2) Gannon Quinlan equaled the high-scoring mark with 24 points of his own, with Landon Richards adding 16 in support in the Bobcats’ defeat.

• Richey-Lambert 45, Bainville 35: Quad Marshall (17 points) and the Mullins, Curtis (11) and Beau (10), spearheaded the Fusion (1-4) to their first win of the season in Lambert, pulling away in a 28-17 second half that made the difference. Rowan Wilson was the Bulldogs’ (1-4) top option, tying Marshall with 17 for the game high.

Thursday

• Terry 69, Nashua 28: Landen Schilling paced three players in double figures with 15 points — Milo Sackman came up with 13 and Liam Jackson 10 — and the Terriers improved to 4-2 in a lopsided win. Noah Leckie scored 10 points for the Porcupines and Charlie Kaasa tallied nine.

• Jordan 74, Wibaux 47: Jayden Saylor was unstoppable, raining down 36 points for the Mustangs. Kalob Bollinger scored 13 points and Koby Saylor had 10. Adino Gonzalez led the Longhorns with 15 points, Alec Helvik netted 12, and Colter Bacon chipped in with six points.

• Broadview-Lavina 61, Yellowstone Homeschool 29: Carter Erickson hit for 21 points, Connor Glennie knocked down 16 and Garrett Contway 13 for the Pirates, who improved to 6-0 on the year. Stratton Monsen chipped in with seven points.

• St. Regis 60, Hot Springs 45: Connor Lulis scored 15 points, including three treys, Kaleb Park nailed a pair of threes and tallied 12 points, and Hunter Stolla rang up 10 for the Tigers, who ran their unbeaten streak to five games.

• Chester-Joplin-Inverness 68, Shelby 49: Ryland St. John led the potent Hawks offense with 17 points in a takedown of the Class B Coyotes (0-5). Elijah Sanders hit for 15 points, Dane Grammar 13, Nate Nelson 12 and Cooper Streit 11. The Hawks improved to 5-0 on the year. Kobe Hooker canned five treys and finished with 19 points for Shelby. Tyler Hansen tallied 12 points and Marshall Richman contributed six on a pair of three-pointers.

GIRLS

Class AA

• Helena Capital 52, Belgrade 44: The Bruins evened their record at 2-2, getting past the Class A Panthers. Ali Miller hit for 12 points, and Jaiden Grooms and Madi Emmert were double trouble with 10 points apiece. Isabelle Blossom led all scorers with 19 points for the winless Panthers. Brooklyn Blossom netted 12 points. 

Missoula Hellgate 54, Great Falls CMR 46: Elly Reed’s 21-point effort helped get the Knights (2-2) across the finish line against the Rustlers (1-3), helped by the fact that Hellgate shutout CMR 15-0 in the fourth quarter to pull it off. Ryan Meservy was the Knights’ next high scorer with eight points. No stats were reported for the Rustlers.

Thursday

• Bozeman Gallatin 61, Helena 36: Jada Davis shot the lights out with 23 points, Emma Hardman netted 10, and the unbeaten Raptors (4-0) ran away from the Bengals with a 19-5 run in the second quarter. Ave Odegard knocked down nine points and Makayla Coleman netted eight. Makenna Pipinch led the Bengals with 12 points, and Morgan Koch supplied eight.

Class A

• No. 2 Dillon 65, East Helena 29: The Beavers rolled to 6-0 with nine players reaching the scoring column. Kenleigh Graham led the charge with 16 points, with Kylie Konen and Quincy Hansen netting 14 and 11 points respectively. Landri Hartman supplied nine points. No stats were reported for East Helena.

Thursday

• Lewistown 51, Laurel 36: Riley Roche netted 12 points, Kealey Ackaret hit for 10, and Ava Robinson and Lexy Burnham added eight points apiece for the Golden Eagles, who raced to a 16-5 first-quarter lead and cruised past the Locomotives.

Livingston 56, Butte Central 36: Maria Turck was ready for the Rangers (2-4), dropping 22 points as Livingston marooned the Maroons (1-3). Chase Vermillion helped out her teammate with a 17-point haul. No stats were reported for Butte Central.

• Hardin 76, Sidney 36: Karis Brightwings-Pease shot the lights out, draining 28 points, and nine players reached the scoring column for the Bulldogs (4-1). StarryKnight Round Face netted 10 points, Makayla Takes Enemy scored nine and Kevee Rogers added eight points.

• Billings Central 65, Sidney 28: Kam Reinker had the hot hand, draining 19 points, and Coral Old Bull rang up 15 for the unbeaten Rams, who extended their winning streak to five. Lyssa Peterson added nine points, and Grace Loveridge and Annika Sterger hit for six points apiece.

Class B

• Huntley Project 76, Joliet 5: The 7-0 Red Devils rolled on, using 14 points from Kamry Mack, 10 from Aeryn Akins and eight points apiece from Sarah Windy Boy and Haedyn Simonson.

• No. 3 Shepherd 55, Columbus 34: Rina Gottula and Lexie Dennison shared high scoring honors with 14 points each for the Fillies (6-1), who got past a hairy 17-16 first quarter by storming out on an 18-3 second-quarter run to pull away. Brooklyn Coles lit it up for the Cougars (2-3) in the meantime, however, scoring a game-high 23 points.

No. 7 Baker 57, Miles City 32: Madison O’Connor did, well, what Madison O’Connor does, lighting it up for 27 points as the Spartans (4-1) rolled against the Class A Cowgirls (3-2). Avery O’Connor did her part for Baker with 10 points, as well, as did Emily Enos with her nine-point effort. Miles City was led by the 10 points from Jillian Kanduch.

• Glasgow 51, Wolf Point 20: The Scotties improved to 4-1, building a 24-9 halftime lead and cruising to the win. Tanae Baker led Glasgow’s balanced attack with 11 points. Joley Chappell rang up nine points, and Mayzie Yoakam and Paityn Britzman knocked down eight points apiece. Kashlyn Speakthunder and Caitlyn Wilson paced the Wolves with five points each. 

• No. 4 Chinook 73, Rocky Boy 33: Four Sugarbeeters (6-0) reached double figures as their unbeaten start to the year continued by way of striking down the Stars (1-3). The quartet of Chinook players who hit double digits: Hannah Schoen (15 points), Addison Olsen (14), Alexus Seymour (13) and Brooke Fetter (13). Rocky Boy was led by 11 points from Kalelee Henderson.

• Roundup 48, St. Labre 39: After back-to-back 0-20 seasons and an 0-5 start to this year, the Panthers (1-5) finally are in the win column again. Hallie Hofer scored 15 points in a long-awaited night for Roundup, while Quintana Adkins piled on nine points. No stats were reported for the Braves.

No. 6 Malta 59, Fairview 39: Neva Jacobson was an M-ette (4-2) who couldn’t be tamed, dropping a game-high 29 points as Malta opened the new year with a win over the Warriors (2-3). Emree Stuart and Kendall Clausen played supporting roles in Jacobson’s big night, notching 11 and 10 points, respectively. Gracelynn Free had 12 points to lead Fairview.

• Jefferson 91, Lone Peak 30: The Panthers put 11 players in the scoring column, led by Cameron Toney’s 15 points. Erica Shields rang up 12 points, Ryian Eveland 11 and Josie Oxarart 10. Brooklyn Miller and Brianna Layng contributed nine and eight points respectively. No stats were reported for Lone Peak. 

Thursday

• Huntley Project 83, Lodge Grass 26: Paige Lofing poured in 29 points to surpass the 2,000-point mark in her career, and the Red Devils rolled to 6-0. Carlei Plainfeather rang up 16 points and Ivy Grimsrud netted 13. 

Class C

Bridger-Belfry-Fromberg 60, Roberts 46: Sidney Frank delivered 21 points, with Delaney Klaassen hitting for 13 and MacKenzie Griffin 11. Loral Ankney chipped in with six points. The Scouts led 28-21 at intermission, and closed out the Rockets in the fourth quarter with a 20-11 run. Elizabeth DeVries poured in 18 points to lead the Rockets. TJ Chirrick tallied 14 points and Taylor MacArthur contributed eight.

Hays-Lodgepole 71, Box Elder 40: Kelcie Mount dropped 23 points while Shaydyn Blount added 17 as the Thunderbirds (3-3) rolled, utilizing a 22-3 first quarter to get the job done. Nina Fox also chipped heavily into her team’s winning effort with 12 points. Martay Stiffarm-Rosette led the Bears (2-3) with a game-high 24 points.

Ekalaka 56, Broadus 32: Nasya O’Connor had 21 points and Kendra Tooke backed her up with 17 as the Bulldogs (2-3) cruised, starting with a 16-9 first quarter and ending it with a 13-3 fourth quarter. No stats were reported for the Hawks (3-3).

No. 10 Roy-Winifred 48, Winnett-Grass Range 42: It was a Ewen trifecta for the Red Raiders (4-2) as Lyla (19 points), Jen (13) and Hannah (11) all reached double figures to lead R-W to a comeback win over the Rams (3-3). Down seven entering the fourth quarter, the Red Raiders outscored W-GR 20-7 in the final frame. Zurry Moore led the Rams with 14 points, while Keli Melton added 11.

Melstone 70, Forsyth 33: The Broncs won their seventh straight behind the efforts of Maggie Eike (19 points), Emma Myhre (13) and Abby Boyd (12), with Savannah DeJaegher adding nine points. No stats were reported for Forsyth.

Broadview-Lavina 66, Northern Cheyenne 10: Tina Sanguins racked up 16 points, with Ava Mallo and Hailey Fiske hitting for 10 points apiece.

No. 1 Saco-Whitewater-Hinsdale 47, Circle 41: North Country extended its winning streak dating back to 2022 to 61 games, but in hairy fashion as the Mavericks (7-0) were down five entering the fourth quarter. Shelbi LaBrie helped ease those concerns with a 14-point night, while Emerson Downing and BaiLee McColly added 11 and 10 points, respectively, to back her up. Madeline and Charlie Moline led the Wildcats (4-3) with 13 and 10 points.

Frazer 70, Lustre Christian 60: Baily Beston dropped 27 points on 12-for-17 shooting as the Bearcubs (4-3) won at home, with four players reaching double figures. Audrey Smoker (16 points), BriAnna Beston (14) and Maci Fourstar-Sibley (10) also hit the double digits mark. No stats were reported for the Lions (4-2).

Bainville 53, Richey-Lambert 38: The Bulldogs won their fifth straight behind a 20-point performance from Hailey Berwick, with Miah Pippenger hitting for 14 points and Elsie Wilson adding six. Keira Rains carried the Fusion (2-3) with 19 points. Brynne Hill added nine.

Plains 48, Troy 25: Ava Lawyer drained 18 points, and eight players reached the scoring column for the Trotters (4-2), who built a 24-7 first half lead and cruised to the win. Lawyer also grabbed a team-high 11 rebounds and had four steals. Tamryn Meredith netted 11 points, including a pair of treys, and hauled in five boards. Kylie Cole led the Trojans with six points, and Leslie Gravier contributed five.

Belt 61, Great Falls Central 8: Aaliyah Gaylord and Dezirae Goodman put up 11 points apiece and June Bock delivered 10 for the Huskies, who improved to 4-1.

Terry 56, Plevna 43: Ashley Eaton drained 20 points, with Kiera Chaska netting 14 and Meredith Sackman 10, and the Terriers notched their sixth win against a single loss. Callie Hoenke paced the Cougars with 15 points. Julia Schallenberger and Brylee Swarts rang up eight points apiece.

Custer-Hysham 48, Harlowton-Ryegate-Judith Gap 27: The Rebels (5-1) got plenty of names involved in their win over the Engineers (2-4) with 13 different players scoring. Teagan Ruff had the most of those points with 15, with Reagan Fink notching 12 points herself to be the other Rebel in double figures. Harlo was led by a six-point night from Ella Cooney.

Cascade 62, Simms 25: Sophia Mortag — with 18 points — had the hot hand for the Badgers (3-2), who outscored the Tigers (0-5) in every quarter en route to victory. Cascade had 10 different scorers in all, with four having six points apiece in support behind Mortag. Incomplete stats were provided for Simms.

Big Sandy 51, Chester-Joplin-Inverness 38: Eva Yeadon hit for 15 points, with Jenny Sant adding 13 and Kenzie Kallenberger eight, and the Pioneers (2-1) handed the Hawks their first loss of the season. Brynn Kammerzell scored 12 points for the Hawks and Brie Mattson tallied 11. Jayla Ramberg contributed nine points.

No. 3 Plentywood 54, Brockton 49: Mallory Tommerup poured in 24 points for the still-unbeaten Wildcats (6-0) as a 23-8 third quarter helped them shoo off a stiff challenge from the Warriors (4-1). April McCabe and Jaimison Soderquist added 12 and 10 points in support for Plentywood. Tamryn Bauer paced Brockton with 19 points, while Ava Lone Bear added 12.

Charlo 68, Two Eagle River 27: The Vikings (2-1) got 23 points from Seeley McDonald and 10 more from Brielle Zempel as they built a 32-5 halftime lead to make it a comfortable victory over the Eagles (0-7). GG Hawk also added nine points for Charlo in support. Keke Tenas was Two Eagle River’s top option, scoring 13 points in the loss.

Savage 47, Westby-Grenora 33: Cambry Conradsen was one of three Warriors (5-1) in double figures, scoring a game-high 19 as Miley Pilgeram and Taylor Conradsen added 12 and 11, respectively. The Thunder (4-2) were led by a trio of seven-point nights from Evelynn Lowes, Abby Lowes and Zoe Brandenburger.

Shields Valley 44, Gardiner 34: Gaige Taylor paced the Rebels with 12 points, Shayne Taylor netted 10, and Nicki Swandal and Nora Dominick chipped in with six points apiece. Maggie Darr was unstoppable for the Bruins, pouring in 26 points.

Seeley-Swan 44, Superior 40: The Blackhawks built a 10-point lead in the first half and survived a second-half rally from the Bobcats, improving to 5-1 on the season. Lillian Boyd netted 16 points to lead the Hawks, with Mya Nichols adding nine and Rylan Richardson seven. Josie Crabb had a monster game for the Bobcats, leading all scorers with 23 points. Makenzie Reum and Braelynn Mangold added six points apiece.

Thursday

• Chester-Joplin-Inverness 65, Shelby 51: Brynn Kammerzell led four players in double figures with 21 points, and the Hawks used a 15-5 run in the third quarter to win their fifth in a row. Scarlet Sundgren rang up 15 points, Jayla Ramberg netted 14, and Mariah Ramberg 13. Adele Lamb netted 16 points for the Coyotes, including a pair of treys, with Elly McDermott pouring in five three-pointers to finish with 15 points. Hadley Clary contributed six points.

• Broadview-Lavina 57, Yellowstone County Homeschool 19: Tina Sanguins and Keeley Fauth were double trouble with 11 points apiece, and LouAnn Peters hit for 10 as the Pirates improved to 5-1.

• Hot Springs 46, St. Regis 24: Lilia Sapanel drained 11 points and Kara Christensen eight for the Savage Heat. Kora Hensrude, Brooke Jackson and Erica Cannon all hit for six points apiece.

• Jordan 41, Wibaux 14: Skylar Lawrence knocked down 21 points, Jada McWilliams and Annie Murnion netted seven and six points, and the Mustangs ran away from the Longhorns. Grace Begger paced Wibaux with 10 points.

• Hays-Lodgepole 46, Harlem 30: Kelcie Mount did the heavy lifting for the Thunderbirds with 18 points, Hadley Not Afraid rang up nine, and Gabriel Walker chipped in with six points.

• Terry 60, Nashua 20: Ashley Eaton and Kiera Chaska were a two-headed monster for the Terriers, pouring in 19 and 18 points respectively, and Cora Lacquement provided six points. Terry improved to 6-1 on the year. Gracyn Sibley netted eight points and Dyllan Bergstrom six for the winless Porcupines.
