Sep. 10—JAMESTOWN — The Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association finished its season with its annual Fun Day on Tuesday, Sept. 3, at Hillcrest Golf Course.
There were two winners and four women who had birdies to finish off the summer. The Hillcrest door prize winner was Sandy Lamp, while the highest score of the day went to Deb Luiken with a 148. The 15th hole was a popular one for birdies with Ann Geiszler, Audrey Thornton, and Courtney Cook coming in under par on the hole.
Cook also had a chip-in on the 15th hole, had the lowest score of the day with an 88 and birdied the second and eighth holes. Savannah Wiese rounded out the day with birdies on the fourth and 13th holes.
