Sep. 4—JAMESTOWN — The Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association had four winners during its 18th week of the season on Tuesday, Aug. 27, at the Hillcrest Golf Course.
The winners were Karen Olson, Jan Wiese, Savannah Wiese and Theresa Haag. Olson had the closest chip to the hole on the third hole at 17 inches away while Jan Wiese had the shortest drive of the day on the sixth hole.
Savannah Wiese had the longest putt of the day as she sunk a shot from three feet, eight inches out on the ninth hole. Haag had her shot land closest to the pin on the fourth hole coming three feet, seven inches away and had the lowest score of the day, a 41. Haag also had three fours to finish the day with the most fours of anybody competing.
