Watch: Tulisa says I’m A Celebrity friendships will be tested after show ends
What did you miss?
Tulisa Contostavlos has predicted that I’m A Celebrity friendships will be tested once the series wraps, suggesting that some of her campmates were “pally-pally for the cameras”.
The N-Dubz star was the surprise third evictee from the ITV1 show on Monday, leaving behind a group of close friends she had made in the jungle.
But Contostavlos hinted to Lorraine that she didn’t believe some of the bonds formed in camp were real, although she remained tight-lipped on who she was referring to.
What, how, and why?
Tulisa Contostavlos’ fans were shocked to see her make an early exit from the jungle on Monday when she became the third contestant voted out of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!.
The N-Dubz singer quickly formed close friendships in the show, but told ITV’s Lorraine that she thought bonds would be tested after the series end, suggesting that some alliances were just for the cameras.
As host Lorraine Kelly asked her if her campmates would be “pals for life”, she replied: “100%, definitely made some friends for life. But I think the real test starts when you’re out, because a lot of people for the cameras were all pally-pally, but will you send those text messages, will you do the four-hour drive? So the test of the friendships begin now, in a week’s time.”

Contostavlos became close to Oti Mabuse, Alan Halsall, Melvin Odoom and Maura Higgins in the jungle, and backed Mabuse to win.
She said: “Oti, Alan, Melvin, Maura, they were like my soul family in there. Oti’s just the most beautiful human – really hard to come across someone so genuine, so pure, I loved her. She is just pure to the bone and people like her are really hard to come across. Really rare, very special individual. I love her to the moon and back.”
Asked whether she had done the show so that viewers could see a new version of her, Contostavlos agreed: “A whole new me, but that’s always been me, it’s just the me that people didn’t know and that’s why I wanted to go on so that people could know the real me. That’s who I am and who I’ve always been, so, still me, always will be.”
What else has Tulisa Contostavlos said since her I’m A Celebrity exit?
The singer looked shocked in Monday’s episode when hosts Ant and Dec named her as the third campmate to be voted out, but she later reassured fans that she was fine.
Posting on her Instagram Stories, she said: “Guys, I’m out. I’m showered, I’m fresh. I’m with the family. I want to say thank you all so much for all your support. Honestly, I can see people stressing, ‘Why you out so early?’ Don’t worry about me, I’m fine.
“I’ve got chocolate, I’ve got pizza, I’ve got wine. I am living my best life. Thank you all so much, honestly. What an experience. I love you guys so much.”
Lorraine airs on ITV1 at 9am on weekdays.
