Inter Miami have secured the talents of star forward Luis Suárez on Wednesday.
The Uruguayan legend has signed a new contract with the Herons, keeping him at the club through the 2025 MLS season.
Suárez is one of the many former Barcelona stars who play for the club alongside Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, and Jordi Alba. He notably led the team in goals last season with 25 across all competitions.
“I’m very happy, very excited to continue for another year and to be able to enjoy being here with this fanbase, which for us is like family. We feel very, very connected with them, and hopefully, next year, we can bring them even more joy,” said Suárez.
The news arrives one day after the arrival of new manager, Javier Mascherano, another former Barcelona star.
