Inter Milan have been linked with Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens and AZ Alkmaar’s Kees Smits.
Today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper La Repubblica, via FCInterNews, name the pair of youngsters as potential targets for Inter as one-on-one dribbling specialists.
At the moment, Inter’s squad looks strong and relatively complete.
The Nerazzurri have a good mixture of youth and experience. And in terms of profiles there are different kinds of players who can offer different physical and technical qualities.
But there is one type of player who Inter have been notably missing for a while.
The Nerazzurri could use a player with one-on-one dribbling ability.
At the moment, arguably Tajon Buchanan is the player in Inter’s squad most adept at taking one or two opposition defenders out of a match with a piece of skill.

According to La Repubblica, a proficient dribbler is likely to be one of Inter’s priorities in upcoming transfer windows.
And the Nerazzurri’s plan will likely be to sign a player on the younger side.
That is certainly the priority of Inter owners Oaktree Capital. They want to focus their project around young talent.
And La Repubblica name two ideal options for Inter.
One would be English Borussia Dortmund winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens. The last couple seasons have seen the 20-year-old really break out, proving himself as a player who can unlock matches.
Similarly, this season Kees Smits has been one of the ideal players for a high-flying AZ Alkmaar team.
And La Repubblica argue that the 18-year-old has exactly the kind of profile Inter are currently missing.
