LIV Golf announces six more events for 2025 including Korea at Jack Nicklaus Golf Club

Date:

LIV Golf revealed six more stops on its 2025 schedule, bringing the total to 10 with four more to be released.

With three more international destinations, seven events already are secured outside the U.S., with more likely for the league financed by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund.

The schedule will include two new destinations: Korea (May 2-4) and Indianapolis (Aug. 15-17). The event in Incheon, South Korea, just west of Seoul, will be at the Jack Nicklaus Golf Club.

Additionally, LIV is returning to Dallas (June 27-29), Spain (July 11-13), the U.K. (July 25-27) and Chicago (Aug. 8-10).

“LIV Golf is growing across the globe in new and returning markets, and our 2025 schedule is a testament to that,” said Commissioner and CEO Greg Norman of Palm Beach Gardens.

LIV opens its fourth season with four consecutive international events: Feb. 6-8 in the Saudi Arabian capital of Riyadh, Feb. 14-16 in Australia, March 7-9 in Hong Kong and March 14-16 in Singapore.

LIV’s first event in the U.S. likely will be the weekend before the Masters, which is April 10-13.

LIV Golf, which is headquartered in West Palm Beach, and the PGA Tour have been in ongoing negotiations for about 1½ years to combine commercial businesses and rights into a new for-profit company. That “merger,” later reframed as an “agreement,” still has not been finalized despite an original deadline of Dec. 31, 2023.
