Man Utd Want €8M-per-Year AC Milan Ace Linked to Bayern Munich, PSG

Theo Hernández’s future at AC Milan remains uncertain as contract extension talks have reached a standstill. As a result, there are several clubs keen on the standout to bolster their backline in 2025.

After signing Lucas Hernández last year, Paris Saint-Germain could now shift their attention to his younger brother, Theo. Adding the talented left-back would strengthen PSG’s defense, offering depth and competition to keep Nuno Mendes at his best.

Hernández is a vital player for AC Milan, and the club is determined to avoid losing him on a free transfer. According to a recent report from AS, Milan’s management is focused on securing a renewal, but if talks break down, they may explore selling him.

The situation has already drawn interest from several European heavyweights. PSG and Bayern Munich are monitoring developments, while fresh reports suggest Manchester United may also be eyeing a move for the 2018 FIFA World Cup winner.

Rúben Amorim has prioritized strengthening Manchester United’s left-back position, with Alphonso Davies and Hernández emerging as key targets, according to Sky Sports Germany (h/t Diario AS).

While Davies is their top choice, there’s a sense of resignation, as securing his transfer is seen as challenging. On the other hand, Hernández is also on their radar, alongside other options that remain unnamed for now.

The Madrid-born defender, under contract with Milan until 2026, is being closely watched. Moreover, the Frenchman is reportedly asking for a salary increase to €8 million per season, so it won’t be a cheap pursuit considering his wage demands.
