Actress Chanel Banks has been found safe, the Los Angeles Police Department tells KTLA 5.
Banks, best known for her roles in “Blue Bloods” and “Gossip Girl,” was reported missing on Nov. 8 and was located on Nov. 11 in Texas, according to LAPD.
The Department has closed its case saying there is no foul play and no crime is suspected.
KTLA 5 also searched Banks’ name within California’s missing persons database and noticed she was no longer listed.

However, Banks’ family says otherwise.
Her cousin Danielle-Tori Singh slammed TMZ for reporting that Banks was found.
“TMZ IS REPORTING FAKE NEWS,” she wrote on Facebook Wednesday morning.
In a lengthy video posted to the platform, Singh said she’s seen the Texas police bodycam footage and said the woman isn’t Banks.
Singh said police are basing this off of the woman having Banks’ New York driver’s license, which is 10 years old and expired.
It’s not clear why Banks went to Texas.
“Please don’t stop looking for my cousin,” she pleaded.
Banks’ family hasn’t heard from her since Oct. 30.
Singh, who lives in Toronto, Canada, grew worried when she learned that Banks’ phone was dead, and her car and dog were still at her Playa Vista apartment along Jefferson Boulevard.
LAPD told KTLA that they conducted four separate welfare checks at the 36-year-old’s home, but she wasn’t present.

After that, she called the police and made her way to California to search for her.
“I’m not going to leave California until I find my cousin,” she exclaimed.
Banks’ mother Judy Singh, has also flown to L.A. from New York to help with the search.
In the meantime, Banks’ family says her husband, Carlos Jimenez has been uncooperative. It’s been reported he’s told her family that she was upset with them.
A GoFundMe campaign was organized to help the family hire a private investigator and cover expenses in L.A. while they continue their search.
The family held a news conference early Wednesday afternoon reiterating their stance that Banks is still missing despite police reports saying otherwise.
