Pearsall has four catches for 63 yards, and Isaac Guerendo has 10 touches for 79 yards.
The Lions have 211 yards, scoring touchdowns on their first two drives. They were stopped on fourth down at the San Francisco 8 on their third drive.
Jameson Williams ran for a 3-yard touchdown, and he was credited with a 42-yard pass play for a touchdown on a hook-and-ladder, taking the pitch from Amon-Ra St. Brown. Jared Goff is 11-of-13 for 138 yards and a touchdown. Jahmyr Gibbs has 12 touches for 97 yards.
