Mongolia has recorded the joint-lowest score in men’s T20Is, bowled out for 10 during Thursday’s T20 World Cup Asia Qualifier against Singapore in Bangi.
After Singapore won the toss and chose to field first, teenage leg-spinner Harsha Bharadwaj claimed 6-3 from four overs, the second-best bowling figures in T20I history.
Five Mongolia batters were dismissed for a duck, with no player managing more than 2. The Asian nation equalled the lowest team total in T20Is, the Isle of Man’s 10 all out against Spain last year.
Mongolia now have three of the four lowest totals in men’s T20Is, each achieved in the last four months.
