Mongolia culture and traditions promoted at 44th World Travel Market

AKIPRESS.COM – Representatives from the Embassy of Mongolia in the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, nine Mongolian organizations operating in the tourism sector, and the Mongolia Tourism Organization participated in the 44th World Travel Market 2024, an international travel and tourism exhibition held in London on November 5-7, Montsame reported.

During the 44th World Travel Market, the Mongolian organizations held bilateral meetings to increase tourist flows to Mongolia, deepen cooperation between partner organizations, and explore opportunities to expand operations in the European market.

Additionally, a Mongolian national costume fashion show and a performance by the traditional music band “Nomadic Tunes” were displayed. Meetings were also held with the Exhibition management and general organizers to discuss ways to increase Mongolia’s participation in the Exhibition and promote the “Go Mongolia” national brand.

The World Travel Market 2024 highlighted themes of sustainable development, technology, and innovation. Over 4,000 organizations from 182 countries, including those in transportation, technology, hospitality, and tour operations, participated, and more than 50,000 representatives and business professionals visited the Exhibition.
