Currently, nothing is advanced in this deal, but the report suggests Newcastle are showing clear intent to ramp up their interest in Quenda soon, aiming to strengthen their squad with top young talent.
Quenda has made 18 total appearances across all competitions for Sporting this season, scoring two goals and recording one assist. The teenager is also under contract with the Portuguese side until 2027, so Sporting aren’t obliged to sell him now.
