The Patriots have gotten a key offensive lineman back on their 53-man roster.
New England announced on Tuesday that guard Cole Strange has been activated off of the reserve/physically unable to perform list.
Strange suffered a torn patellar tendon in his left knee during last year’s Week 15 matchup against the Chiefs. A first-round pick in 2022, Strange has started all 27 games he’s played as a pro.
Additionally, the Patriots announced the previously reported moves of releasing receiver K.J. Osborn and signing kicker John Parker Romo to the practice squad.
Linebacker Keshawn Banks has been released from the practice squad to make room for Romo.
