Marcus Thuram enjoyed a remarkable first season at Inter Milan, winning the Scudetto in his maiden Serie A campaign.
Thuram was essential to Inter’s triumphant league campaign, racking up 13 goals and 13 assists.
Furthermore, he netted a brilliant individual goal in a 5-1 rout of arch-rivals AC Milan last September.
That goal earned him the Goal of the Year, while his attacking companion, Lautaro Martinez, won the MVP award.
He received the prize at last night’s AIC Grand Gala ceremony.
Inter took to Instagram to hail the French forward, saying: “When football becomes art: Marcus Thuram’s goal stole the show.”
