Photos: Nation’s No. 1 Basketball Recruit A.J. Dybantsa Visits UNC

Date:

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — The North Carolina Basketball program is hosting the consensus No. 1-ranked recruit in the country, A.J. Dybantsa, this weekend.

247Sports’ Travis Branham calls the Hurricane (Utah) Utah Prep star “a jumbo-sized wing standing 6-foot-9 that makes for one of the more prolific prospects to come through grassroots in the last decade.” Dybantsa trimmed his school list to a final seven in August – Alabama, Auburn, Baylor, BYU, Kansas, Kansas State, and North Carolina. He’s already taken official visits to Auburn, Kansas, and Kansas State, with scheduled trips over the next month to Alabama, Baylor, and BYU.

Check out photos from Saturday on his UNC visit, including in the morning at the Smith Center, in the afternoon at the Carolina football game, and the photo shoot he conducted in a Tar Heel uniform …
