BOSTON – Railbookers, a leading company offering independent rail vacations, has announced the return of its “Around the World By Luxury Train” vacation, with a newly-available departure date of Sept. 3, 2025. The 59-day itinerary will take travelers across four continents, 12 countries and more than 20 renowned cities for unparalleled luxurious and immersive cultural experiences.

This once-in-a-lifetime adventure includes travel on seven of the world’s top luxury trains: Rocky Mountaineer (Canada), Belmond Royal Scotsman (Scotland), La Dolce Vita Orient Express (Italy), Venice Simplon-Orient-Express (Europe), Rovos Rail (South Africa), The Maharajas’ Express (India) and the Eastern & Oriental Express (Southeast Asia).

“When we created this one-of-a-kind journey a year ago, it was a response to the growing demand for luxury rail around the globe,” said President & CEO Frank Marini. “We’re so excited to bring an exciting new itinerary to market for 2025 departures, and have already received hundreds of inquiries from travelers looking to cross these iconic rail adventures off their bucket list.  Our 2025 Around the World by Luxury Rail itinerary has been refined and tailored to maximize our guests’ time and experiences while enjoying the culture, cuisine and activities that each of these renowned destinations have to offer.”

The itinerary begins in Vancouver and travels through the Canadian Rockies before continuing in Europe, exploring historic Scotland and Rome before enjoying a scenic journey through Italy. After enjoying iconic Paris, guests will travel through Central Europe and arrive in Turkey, before a flight to India is followed by a multi-day cultural journey. Another air connection brings guests to South Africa for a memorable luxury rail excursion, before the trip wraps up in Singapore.

Included in the package are opulent accommodations on- and off-board and unforgettable excursions in each place they visit. Beyond the private luxury cabins on the trains, the itinerary features five-star luxury hotels hand-selected in each city. There are also numerous sightseeing activities included, from private tours of ancient Roman sites to gourmet wine and cuisine in South Africa to gazing upon the Taj Mahal and much more.

The Around the World By Luxury Train itinerary is on sale now with extremely limited availability. Travelers interested one or more of the luxury rail journeys featured can also customize their own itinerary.
