Steph Curry was awarded a well-deserved payday on Thursday.

The veteran guard agreed to a one-year, $62.6 million contract extension with the Warriors on Thursday, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported, citing Curry’s agent, Jeff Austin.

Curry originally was under contract through the 2025-26 NBA season while longtime teammate Draymond Green and coach Steve Kerr’s contracts were set to expire following the 2026-27 season. Now all three pieces of the Warriors’ championship core are under contract through the same season.
