Revealed – Referee For Inter Milan Vs Udinese Coppa Italia Round Of 16 Showdown

Serie A referee Luca Massimi will be in charge of Thursday’s Coppa Italia last-16 tie between Inter Milan and Udinese.

Lega Serie A has confirmed the refereeing crew for the match via FCInterNews.

Fresh off a 6-0 thumping of Lazio, Inter will look to reach the Coppa Italia quarter-finals at the expense of familiar foes.

Indeed, Lautaro Marintez’s brace inspired the Nerazzurri to a dramatic 3-2 league win at the Bluenergy Stadium in September.

However, the teams will renew hostilities in a different setting.

This time, Inter will enjoy the home comforts, with Simone Inzaghi seeking a fifth consecutive win against Udinese.

Referee Luca Massimi Appointed to Officiate Inter Milan vs Udinese Coppa Italia Clash

Massimi will officiate the match. Assisting him in his duties will be Marco Bresmes and Salome Di Iorio.

Meanwhile, the role of the fourth official will fall to Andrea Colombo.

In the VAR booth, Davide Ghersini will oversee the encounter to ensure to correct any errors by the on-pitch officials.

Finally, Giacomo Paganessi will be Ghersini in the VAR room.

Inter are odds-on favorites to progress into the quarter-finals for the fourth season on the bounce.

However, they can ill-afford to take Udinese lightly, even though the visitors are not in good shape.
