Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders, the potential Giants‘ draft target in the 2025 NFL Draft, had a direct shout out to Big Blue before his team’s bowl game on Saturday against BYU with custom-made cleats that he showed off during pregame warmups.
Sanders has emerged this season as the potential No. 1 overall pick which the Giants currently own with their league-worst 2-13 record. With many teams still in the hunt for the first pick in the draft, wherever New York ends up it will almost certainly take a quarterback after releasing Daniel Jones and having no answers behind him.
Meanwhile, it appears Sanders is doing his part to get the Giants’ attention and make his case to become their next franchise quarterback.
