Suspect still at large after Casey’s gas station armed robbery in Sioux Falls

A Casey’s gas station at the intersection of East 15th Street and South Sycamore Avenue was robbed Monday afternoon, Sioux Falls Police Department spokesman Sam Clemens said in Tuesday’s police briefing.

The man entered the store at about 3:30 p.m. and revealed a knife, Clemens said. The man took money and cigarettes.

Clemens described the suspect as a white man in his late 20’s, about 6 feet tall with a slim build. He was wearing dark clothes at the time of the robbery.

No arrests have been made at this time, Clemens said.
