TakeFlight Basketball inks 8,179 sq. ft. retail lease at Indian Head Plaza in Toms River | ROI-NJ

TakeFlight Basketball has signed an 8,179-square-foot lease at Indian Head Plaza in Toms River, according to a Monday announcement from Bussel Realty Corp.

Located at 1256 Indian Head Road, the 241,333-square-foot retail shopping center is anchored by Home Depot and situated at the heavily trafficked intersection of Indian Head Road and Lakewood Road (Route 9), which is just off the Garden State Parkway.

TakeFlight Basketball joins such major retailers as Dollar Tree, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Bury the Hatchet, Wells Fargo and Home Depot, to name a few, at the shopping center. The location is near Toms River’s major shopping district, which has a daytime population of 167,332 in a 5-mile radius.

Sales and leasing adviser Michael Costa of BRC represented TakeFlight Basketball in the transaction. The landlord, JJ Operating Inc., was represented in-house.
