Team Woods at the PNC Championship includes daughter Sam for a second year in a row.
Tiger Woods and son Charlie are playing in the team event for a fifth straight year, and for the second time in a row, Tiger’s daughter Sam is caddying for him.
And so far, so good in 2024, as Team Woods finds itself in a tie atop the leaderboard after the first round.
After Sam made her caddie debut a year ago, Tiger she was “fantastic. This is the first time she’s ever done this, so it couldn’t have been any more special for all of us.”
This time around, Tiger, Charlie and Sam are locked in a tie for the lead with the Langer duo. Bernhard has been a part of six PNC titles, three with his son Jason.
“For me to have both my kids inside the ropes like this and participating and playing and being part of the game of golf like this, it couldn’t have been more special for me, and I know that we do this a lot at home, needle each other and have a great time,” Tiger said at the 2023 PNC. “But it was more special to do it in a tournament like this.”
It’d make it all the more special to get it this year with Sam.
