Updating Iowa State rankings in men’s college basketball polls after second week of season

Iowa State men’s basketball cruised to victory over Kansas City on Nov. 11 in its lone game of the week. Where do the Cyclones stand in the latest college basketball rankings?

For the third week in a row, the Cyclones (2-0) have a one-game slate. They will play IU-Indianapolis on Monday night at Hilton Coliseum. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.

Iowa State rankings update

Iowa State moved up to No. 5 in the USA TODAY Sports men’s basketball coaches poll. Last week, Iowa State was ranked No. 7.

The Cyclones also climbed up to No. 5 in the latest AP Poll. Previously, Iowa State was ranked No. 7.
