MARIETTA — A Lower Salem man was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday on pandering sexually oriented materials charges following a search warrant last month that led to his arrest, according to the Washington County Common Pleas Court.
Andrew Thomas Tucker, 34, 325 Wetzler Road, Lower Salem, allegedly created, recorded, photographed, filmed, developed, reproduced or published material that shows “a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity,” according to the indictment.
Tucker was charged with five counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor and three counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, the indictment said.
Tucker is to appear in Judge John Halliday’s court on March 21 at 10 a.m., court documents said.
The following defendants were also indicted by a grand jury Tuesday:
* David Allan McCarty, 58, 2800 Beach Drive, Lot 14, Belpre, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Rusty Allen Knowlton, 50, 110 Morningside Drive, New Matamoras, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Eric D. Chocky, 25, School House Road, Rosemont, having weapons while under disability and improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle.
* Scott Coleman Rogers, 31, 4163 Morgan St., Detroit, Mich. (last known address), receiving proceeds of an offense subject to forfeiture proceedings.
* David B. Metz, 60, 875 Valley View Road, St. Marys, aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. Metz allegedly sold methamphetamine at 804 Pike St. in Marietta on March 18, 2022.
* Brandon Ramiere Lipford, 25, 112 Aragon Place, Finleyville, Pa., possession of cocaine.
* Co-defendants James Lee Savage, 34, 6148 Parkersburg Road, Sandyville, Kimberly Dawn Carter, 33, 2046 Lineback Road, Jackson, and Justin Tyler Gibbs, 32, 515 Eighth St., Marietta were indicted for drug possession and sales. Gibbs was charged with trafficking a fentanyl-related compound and three counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto ground of a specified governmental facility; Savage was indicted on an aggravated possession of drugs charge and Carter was charged with possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
* Jessica Lee Smith, 32, 34618 Bashan Road, Long Bottom, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Wesley Orland Roberts, 31, 50 Meadowview Circle, Parkersburg, possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs.
* Kenneth Earl Bailey, 59, homeless, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Randall Allen Smith, 37, 7 Henry St., Ravenswood, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Kevin Michael Robinson, 35, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, three counts of trafficking cocaine and three counts of possession of cocaine.
* Dance Dale Grahame, 22, homeless, felonious assault and trespassing in a habitation when a person is present or likely to be present. The indictment said Grahame allegedly attempted to harm the victim with a 10-inch buck fixed blade knife on Sheldon Avenue in Marietta.
* Co-defendants Douglas Gene Snider Jr., 50, 212 Chapel Ave., Marietta and Jody Lynn Smith, 37, same address, were indicted on a breaking and entering charge. Snider was also charged with theft from a person in a protected class.
* Co-defendants Justin Tyler Gibbs, 32, 515 Eighth St., Marietta, and Brittany Annabelle Science, 25, 771 Buckeye Ave., Marietta, possession of a fentanyl-related compound. This is a separate incident from Gibbs’s previously listed charges.
* Melissa Jo Jeffers, 49, 785 Reeds Run Road, Whipple, aggravated possession of drugs, two counts of possession of drugs.
* Andy R. Lance, 36, 2196 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Jessica Dawn Drake, 36, 113 Dayton Road, Marietta, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
* Shelden Dwight Hill (AKA Sheldon Dwight Hill), 41, Cutler, last known address, domestic violence and criminal damaging or endangering.
* Co-defendants Brendon Bernard Watts, 28, 472 Catlin Drive, Richmond Heights, and Regis Dashan Adkins, 33, 11140 Cheyenn Trail, Apt. G, Parma, four counts of assault.
* Steven Ray Wilson, 29, 178 Water St., Lowell, two counts of tampering with records and failure to register.
* Erick Allen Cline, 37, 2200 Hill St. Apt. D, Belpre, possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
* Kevin Michael Robinson, 35, 712 30th St., Parkersburg, possession of cocaine, trafficking cocaine and endangering children.
* Destiny Navaeh McAfee, 21, 31 Lantana Drive, Parkersburg, aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
* Dustin Lee McKnight, 38, 807 Belrock Ave., Belpre, two counts of possession of a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs.
* Ronald Clifford Hopkins, 48, 207 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, aggravated possession of drugs.
* Kassandra Jo Ingram, 32, 1015 18th St. Apt. C4, Vienna, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of a fentanyl-related compound, possession of drugs and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
