Date:

play

No. 23 Louisville women’s basketball will close its first month of the season on the road.

The Cardinals (4-2) are in Colorado to play the Buffaloes at 3 p.m. today. It will be the first time the programs have faced off since a home-and-home series in 2012 and 2013. Both programs won at home, with U of L taking a 69-62 victory at the KFC Yum! Center in 2013.

After a Sweet 16 appearance during the 2024 NCAA Tournament, the Buffaloes have started the season 6-1 and have won four games in a row.

Unlike Colorado, which defeated Utah Tech on Wednesday, Louisville will be well-rested after having nearly a week off. The Cardinals defeated South Florida, 64-60, on Sunday and have had five days to prepare for the road contest.

Here’s how you can watch the Cards in action today:

The Cardinals and Buffaloes are set to tip off at 3 p.m. today.

The game won’t be televised nationally. Qualified subscribers can stream the game on ESPN+.

Nick Curran (play-by-play) and Cortnee Walton (analyst) will have the call on the Cardinal Sports Network (WLCL 93.9-FM and WGTK 970-AM in Louisville).

You can also listen online via GoCards.com.
